Game in Sanford Cancelled as Tramway Park Deals with Rain
Christmas in July Event also Postponed
The Sanford Spinners were supposed to host both Santa and the Reidsville Luckies tonight, but rain caused both to be postponed.
Extra Bases: There was an article on the Old North State League website in which former players, Tyler Bryant and Tyler Dellerman, detailed their experience with the ONSL and how it prepared them for the next level.
Notes: I was disappointed this game was cancelled, as I’d like to see what we could do against the division-leading Spinners. Thankfully, they play on rescheduling.
Upcoming: The Luckies head to Ed Price Field for a game with the High Point Hushpuppies on Saturday, before heading home to take on the Marion Swamp Foxes on Sunday. Monday, they’ll face the Hushpuppies again, before battling the Hendersonville Honeycrisps on Tuesday.
