Clayton Clovers defeat Sandhills Bogeys to lift ONSL Pennant
Clayton takes down Sandhills, 6-4
The Central Division Champions, the Clayton Clovers, hoisted the Old North State League title high above their heads after eliminating the Sandhills Bogeys, with a 6-4 victory.
Clayton, who lost in the 2023 Finals to Pineville, took on Sandhills, the 2022 Champions. Two organizations with history entered the series with 4-0 postseason records, and the Clovers emerged victorious.
David Woods
Congratulations to David Woods, who scored 675 of 900 possible points in the second annual Luckies Ledger Bracket Battle and predicted six of the seven series correctly. He got double the points of t one in second place, and correctly predicted that the Clovers would take down Sandhills in the championship. Congrats to David.
